Office Cleaning

We provide general office cleaning services on a scheduled basis. As opposed to many other cleaning companies, we do not lock you into a service contract. The reason is simple: We expect to earn your business month after month, year after year. You should continue doing business with us only if we earn that right.

If you find yourself in a situation where your facility's cleaning standards have been getting lowered by your current service, we have a structure in place to bring your facility up to standard:

• During a walk-through with you, we will take note of any areas of opportunity and create an "Action Plan" to bring these areas up to standard (and adhere to it long-term!). This Action Plan will contain a schedule of when additional services will be conducted.
  
  
• Your initial service will be an intensive thorough cleaning designed to restore your facility to a high level of cleanliness. It will require a team of people and significantly more person hours worked than subsequent cleanings will require. Your building will then be maintained at this new higher standard.
  
  
• We will not charge extra money for the extra service. We consider this an investment into a long-term relationship we desire with your company.
  
  

Industrial Sanitation

We also provide services in cleaning industrial sites. This can include warehouses, industrial plants, and fitness centers. Industrial sanitation differs from routine office cleaning due to the environment and cleaning tasks involved. In order to comply with additional safety and security measures that accompany these services, our processes and procedures are in compliance with OSHA standards and are outlined in our company training manual, Janitor's Manual (JM) 2-1.

Floor Care Services

We provide comprehensive floor care services to complement our office cleaning program. Regardless of the type of floors you have, properly maintaining them on regular basis is important in enhancing the image you want your facility to project.

Our list of services include but are not limited to:

Vinyl Composite Tile (VCT)

• Stripping and waxing.
  We will completely strip all old floor wax and apply fresh coats of professional grade wax.
• Top scrub and re-coating
  We will scrub the top coats of old wax and apply fresh coats of professional grade wax.
• Buffing
  We will conduct a low-speed spray buffing to remove any stubborn black scuff marks or a dry buffing to restore a shiny look to your floors.
• Burnishing
  We will conduct a high-speed dry burnishing to remove scuff marks and restore a highly shined, glossy look to your floors.
