Since 2001, Gwyn has expanded her business to provide services in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, and post construction cleaning in the Greater Shenandoah Valley, including Staunton, Waynesboro, and Augusta County, Virginia. She has built on her 20 years of experience in the industry and now provides services to over 85 accounts and has 13 part time staff. Examples of cleaning contracts include large and small office buildings, distribution centers, trucking companies, doctors and dentists offices. Using the small business mentality, Pro Quality Cleaning believes that it is the level of quality, supervision, and communication with customers which differentiates it from competing building maintenance companies. Pro Quality Cleaning has a quality control program in place for assurance of quality and does regularly scheduled inspections on all contracts on an ongoing basis to ensure the level of cleanliness is professional. |
Pro Quality Cleaning's origins started in 1995 when Gwyn Carter started a cleaning business in Erie, Pennsylvania. There it operated with great success for six years. In 2001 the Carter's moved the operation to Augusta County, Virginia.
